Bulk Operations
Select multiple documents using the checkboxes to enable bulk actions.
Selecting Documents
- Select All: Click the header checkbox to select all visible documents
- Individual Selection: Check specific documents
- Bulk Actions Bar: Appears when documents are selected
Available Bulk Operations

| Bulk Re-Sync | Re-sync all selected documents (up to 20 at once) |
| Bulk Delete | Remove multiple documents at once |
| Bulk Tag | Apply tags to multiple documents |
Bulk Re-Sync Progress
When you start a bulk re-sync, a Sync Progress Modal appears showing real-time status:
- Documents are processed one at a time in the background
- The modal shows the current document, success/failure counts, and a progress bar
- You can close the modal — the sync continues in the background
- If a document fails, the system classifies the error and may retry it automatically
Only one sync job can run at a time per organization. Wait for the current job to complete before starting another.

Transient errors (timeouts, rate limits) are retried automatically with exponential backoff. Permanent errors (expired auth, missing documents) require manual intervention. See Sync Reliability & Recovery for full details.
